Main: English
Auxiliary: German
A Chinese interpreter will assist the Chinese teacher in the main course, so that the Chinese teacher can understand the idea and the kernel better.
4. Teachers
The professors of the Mozarteum University Salzburg will work as the teachers of the International Summer Course. Furthermore, famous experts of Orff Study in other German and Austrian musical colleges will also be invited every year.
5. Introduction of the course
The course is rich in content and form, for example:
Traditional Dance Forms as a Starting Point:
This session will lead children to develop multiple activities related to music, movement, dance and speech.
From Movement Games to Creative Dance:
This session start from practical examples movement games and develop creative dance.
Playing with Objects:
This session will explore ways to use everyday objects to engage the creative musical imagination of children.
Dance Journeys:
This session will emphasize the enjoyment of dancing and on our own personal expression and development.
The Whole Voice:
Songs Voice and movement will used as a tool for developing rhythmical sensitivity of the children.
6. Certificate
A certificate of the international summer course 2014 will be awarded by the Carl Orff institute of the Mozarteum University Salzburg at the end of course.
