Jingshan Park is found opposite the northern gate of the Former Imperial Palace and on the axial line of the city of Beijing. Jingshan hill is separated from the Forbidden City by the palace moat. The park used to be an imperial garden for feudal monarchs of the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties and is the best vantage point for taking a bird's-eye view of Beijing. The pavilion in Jingshan Park has been for a long time an indispensable platform for many Chinese choirs to perform. Therefore it would be a great stage for communication with Chinese artists and thus promote and facilitate international sharing and understanding in regards of arts.

Tianjin Concert Hall provides a total floor space of 4,860 m², which is divided into entrance section, seating area, platform, dressing room, rehearsal room and VIP reception room. Its design strictly follows the acoustics requirements of standard concert halls. The personal design of the audience seat allows clear view for every audience in all sections. The fabric of the seat can absorb sound and there is ventilation under each seat to ensure appropriate heating and enjoyable viewing experience.

Located at the center of the Plaza, the Theatre is a highlight of the whole complex. With a floor area of about 11,400 square meters, the Theatre comprises a lobby, an auditorium & stage, and dressing rooms. The lobby has two floors. On the ground floor are a ticketing center, a reception desk, a VIP lounge and an ornamental pool. The second floor serves as the main entrance to the auditorium, installed with baroque crystal chandeliers hung to the ceiling.
